Leigh-Ann Santillanes-Delgado, MFA, MSW, LCSW-is an intensively trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in both clinical and administrative aspects of human services.  Education: Leigh-Ann's Master of Social Work from NMHU opened doors to clinical and program leadership roles as varied as the Quality Improvement Director of a Residential Treatment Center, as well as DBT Program Specialist in multiple private practice settings.   From a collaborative, solution-focused process, Leigh-Ann developed in over 25 years of expressive arts experience, culminating in a Master of Fine Arts from ASU. Leigh-Ann creates environments and therapeutic relationships in which positive change can occur across the lifespan.

Justin R. Delgado, MSW, ASW-is a trained and proficient Master Social Worker, specializing in social change and innovation. Education: A graduate of USC with a Master of Social Work, and a certificate in Human Services Management. Currently, Justin is an Associate and does NOT work in a clinical capacity at Life-Course Solutions. His efforts are exclusively administrative. Historically, Justin worked on the American Stock Exchange as a Post Trade Coordinator and a Stock and Option Clerk. In social services Justin has taken on roles as a Program Director, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Community Mental Health Clinician. Justin incorporates social work ethics with traditional business practice.
